This reframes something I've been thinking about from the designer's side. The P95/P50 framework is sharp — but most designers I know don't have access to that data, and even fewer know how to translate it into a business case the PM or engineering lead will act on. The gap isn't just in the interface design. It's in whether the designer can walk into the room with the distribution data, connect it to revenue impact, and make the case for building the F-16 instead of the tricycle. That's a skill most of us were never taught.

That's what I write about at From UX to X — would love to hear your take on how designers should be developing that business fluency.
