Unfortunately, we tend to believe that those design decisions aren't a result of a mistake or an accident. We are prone to believe that this was a choice.
It makes me think how the good designers felt while working on those UX/UI. Were they just following orders from an authority person? Was there any discussion? How healthy is the work environment?
